  Hey there, i started my blog a while ago but fizzled out because i lost intrest for reasons. im looking to get back in but with a bit of a re-brand. im going from Seven Layer tabletop to Board Game Bell Grande. i wish to keep my older posts and i believe i did the changeover correctly however the domain is not changing. my username and such is now boardgamebellgrande but its still showing as sevenlayertabletop.wordpress.com. can anyone help me out?

  If I understand correctly, you just want to change the beginning part of the @wordpress.com web link.

  If you visit here this should help you with the steps to make that change.

  It says “Sorry, that site has already been used!”
  then when you go to the site that “should” be associated with mine it says
  “boardgamebellgrande.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this site.”

  i would say maybe to delete my account and try again but then im worried the URL i want would still be gone anyway.

  this is confusing. is there like a wordpress admin i can contact?

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Was that your site and how long ago did you delete it? If it was less than 30 days ago, staff can recover it. If it was more than 30 days ago that address has gone forever.
