  Hi There,

  You can update site with from Dashboard feature. Please refer below tutorial to update site pages, blogs, customization option. In case you provide website url can help you better.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/

  To open Dashboard page of your site please append wp-admin at end of site address.
  Please not that this forum only address issues with site hosted on WordPress.com.
