Website update and fixing certain issues

I wanted to update the look of my website. A friend offered to help and something went wrong. They got most of it back to original form but there are several things that need fixing. There is Latin text in a few places that I can’t figure out how to delete. I would like to connect with someone on the WP staff to see if I can get the help and update I am looking for. You could also try contacting theme authors as they may have documentation explaining how to update certain areas of the theme.
