  I am not Ryan Combs; he is an employee of my company that quit without providing me instructions on how to maintain websites that he created for our sales agents. I need to gain access and make updates to website and have no idea how to do so, where to go, what usernames/passwords are…I need help and don’t see any type of phone number that I can call. How can I find someone that can help me get into my domains?

  Hi Melissa,

  The best I think you can try doing is resetting the password. To do this you will need access to the email id. used when creating the account. Here are the instructions to reset the password:

  P.S. You can also try resetting the password using the mobile number linked to your account. The second link can be helpful with this regard.
