  Please i need help with upgrading my website, buy they wont allow me purchase the keep rejecting. Any thoughts ?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any failed payments, or payment attempts for your account in our system, which means the checkout screen has never been submitted.

  Can you please explain exactly what is going wrong? On the page where you enter your credit card details, are you seeing an error when you click Pay Now?
