Website Upgrade Unavailable?

    My site expired on January 29, 2022. I was trying to renew it for the $7 a month plan.
    The plan included :
    ‘Your domain mapping — visitors to wifeessence.com will no longer see your site.
    Removal of WordPress.com ads from your site — visitors will now see your site with advertisements.
    Ability to set a custom domain as your primary site address.
    Unlimited access to design and tech support with live chat or email.
    6 GB of storage space for images, documents, audio, and more.’

    I would like to go back to this plan, but the pricing is only showing Pro for $15, which I don’t want.

    How can I go back to my original plan I was on?

    Hi there,

    As a result of the recent revision of the plan, you will not be able to view legacy plans.
    The following plans are available for yearly billing:
    1. Free 2. Pro

    How can I go back to my original plan I was on?

    I’m afraid you cannot revert to legacy plans.
    One of the staff members can confirm this.
