  My name is Barry Healy. I own Nesq.com, & am setting up a Media Company in the same name via WordPress.com. I just registered this account, however, the site / admin URL displayed as nesqcom.wordpress.com instead of my intended nesqmedia. I was unable to change it, & instead reverted the account to a clearance state in order to create a new account. When I went to create said account the nesqmedia username I just registered (& subsequently changed) had not propagated back into the system, rendering it unavailable. Please provide instruction as to what is now the best way to set-up a WordPress.com account with Username : nesqmedia & Site / Admin URL : nesqmedia. I look forward to your response in early course.   Hi there,
  You want to use your .com domain name which you already have,
  if you already have a domain then you need to have premium WordPress .com account.

  Personal, Premium and Business plans allows you to use your custom domains so you should have at least one of them to use you own domain
  and after that, you need to follow the instruction (link below) to map your domain so you will able to start using it.
