WEBSITE VANISHED ! ! !

My website has completely vanished gone, no record of it on my WordPress log in account page nothing, but it was up and working last time I checked probably a month or so ago. Have checked with the domain holder and hosting platform all OK but as for as WordPress is concerned there’s no record of it, as if it’s been wiped. This major inconvenience is beyond my capabilities can someone out there help.

It’s obvious your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted elsewhere. Logical you don’t see your site on our hosting platform.
As your site uses the open source wordpress.org, you should still be able to log in at yoursite.com/wp-admin/ using the credentials you choose when you set up your site.

Thanks for your speedy reply. My site was constructed using WP template and was able to log on to a control panel add and remove images as and when. yoursite.com/wp-admin lands on a blank page. This is all above my pay grade and am at a loss to know how to reinstall my site.

Unable to log onto WordPress.org either as account is not recognised. All of my details and my website have vanished. The site.com/wp-admin that was sent just takes me to a blank page.
This is above my pay grade so I’d really appreciate any help anyone could give.

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host robmonkphotography.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at UK2 Hosting. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
