Website very slow after update 6.9.4

    Everything was fine and worked perfectly and blazing fast before the update 6.9.4.
    Now my whole website, including the admin dashboard, takes like 5-10 seconds to load on any page im going.
    I even deactivated my cache plugins, but still, nothing.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
