    I signed up for a blog but I indeed need to build a website, how do I do?

    Hi Joanafreelance,

    This is probably just a matter of relocating your blog page from the homepage (the front of your website), to another navigational location.

    From your WordPress Dashboard (which you can access by clicking “WP Admin”), under “Settings” there will be an option named “Reading.” Within the “Reading” options, if you choose “Static Front Page”, you can reassign the front page of your website to be something other than the blog. For this option to work for you, you would need to already have created another page through “Pages —> Add New.”

    Some themes already have a non-blog front page view, so perhaps another option could be to change your theme if you aren’t tied down to it. ^_^
