  I don’t know if I have a blog or a website but I’d like a website. My friend has a .com website she said her site was free but domain name was $18. How do I eliminate the wordpress.com on my website?

  The distinction between a blog and a website is really just semantic. There is no functional difference except that not all websites have the ability to have blogs, whereas all blogs are already websites, by definition.

  I just tell folks that I have a web site – I don’t think anybody really cares as long as they find the information they are looking for on your site
