The content is hosted on wordpress, via wp.com which is a domain registered by Automattic, who own WordPress.

No it isn’t! At the bottom you find ‘Powered by WordPress’ with a link towards wordpress.org. That site uses the Jetpack CDN to speed up image loading.

The i1wp domain is hosted by GoDaddy. The Stonetoss domain is registered at Namecheap but the site is hosted on Cloudflare servers. You’ll need to approach either or both of them. The sites aren’t hosted here at WordPress.com. They may be using the WordPress.org software but that is just the software that can be used to create sites with, not anything to do with where the site may be hosted.

We act as cacher only with respect to these images. They are not hosted on our servers, so we cannot take them offline.

The i1.wp.com is a subdomain of wp.com, which belongs to us. That URL is for the Jetpack Site Accelerator CDN which is powered by WordPress.com. If you look at the source code for any image on a WordPress.com site you’ll see that or a similar URL.
Regardless, if a thread is about a possible terms of service issue, please always tag it for staff, and don’t engage in arguments with users about it.
