    I created my website on WordPress, but domain, and hosting is used by a different provider. Why does it say that my website is expiring soon, when all I’ve done with WordPress is utilize the free website building?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I see that your site previously had the Creator Trial plan. The message you are seeing is most likely related to the expiration of that plan.
