  This is WordPress.com forum. Maybe, your website is using the open source WordPress software from(WordPress.org). :) Please know more here about the differences https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Please check with the hosting providor as there is instruction given on your website page to check with them. I believe, it will solve your problem.
