I currently have a wordpress blog. I am wanting to be able to book online classes, collect payments and link students directlly to zoom for classes once booked. Needing help with how to do this, what I need? Website, Blog or Website with a blog?

Hi! Is your main focus intended to be your blog posts, or the bookable classes? I had a quick look at your blog now and I do see that you’ve been publishing recent blog posts (which is useful for SEO purposes in addition to sharing information with your readers!). So if you’re planning to keep the blog going, but want to bring in a focus on the bookable classes, I might suggest ‘website with a blog’.
It means you can have your main page with an introductory message (similar to what you have now), and your blog posts on a dedicated Blog page; and you can also have additional pages where you showcase your services, offer ways for readers and potential clients to get in touch with you and of course your bookable classes.
Depending on your needs, there are a few different options!
We actually have an integration with the Calendly service which comes with a dedicated Calendly booking block. Calendly are a separate company to WordPress.com but they do offer individual- or group-booking services (and payment collection), and they can integrate with Zoom.

If you find that you’re wanting more than what the Premium plan can offer, you can of course upgrade to the Business plan! But it sounds like the Premium plan might be a good starting point for you to begin setting up some bookable options. If you have any other questions, please do let us know!
