website with critical error
-
Hi! A few years ago I own the site on WordPress, a few months ago I was surprised when I couldn’t access my site. I tried accessing the control panel and it was also not possible. The following message appears:
Warning: mysqli_set_charset(): Error executing query in /var/www/html/jessicanery.com.br/web/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 792Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’, expecting variable (T_VARIABLE) in /var/www/html/jessicanery.com.br/web/wp-content/plugins/googleanalytics/lib/analytics-admin/vendor/symfony/polyfill-php80/bootstrap.php on line 29
I’ve already made several attempts to remedy the error, I tried with the hosting company and I couldn’t either.
Could you help me please? I have this site for many years, it was built with great care, until a few years ago my blog was fed daily.
Hope we make it! Thanks!Correct account: Unknown

Hey there, if you had the site but haven’t been maintaining updates and whatnot, it can be a bit of work to get caught up. I’d ask your host for help making backups, then work through these steps:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/updating-wordpress/You’ll want to update your plugins as well, or possibly just rename them to deactivate them, and then un-rename them to update them one at a time.
