  This website when I right click, it shows me that it was done with wordpress. I want the scrolling screen and to create a similar site. How do I do that.

  That’s not a wordpress.com blog that you are pointing to. The closest theme we have to that is called HUM. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/hum/

  Is that scrolling pop up, consider a scroll bar? The ones that have his classes on it?
