website wont load

    Hello- my website hasn’t been loading and I am unable to even load the admin page.

    Hi there, the site referenced in your above post is loading fine for me although there is no content to speak of on that site.

    I do see this self-hosted WordPress site, http://shaimaaphotography.com/, on your account and connected via Jetpack, and the site is not loading for me.

    If you are talking about that site, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.

    The first suggestion I would have would be to contact your web host and see if they can tell you what the problem is. From a whois search, I see your web host is Digital Ocean.

    If you installed any plugins just lately, it could be that one of them is in conflict with other things on your site. Since you do not have access to the site, it would require going in through the file manager or cPanel on your web hosting account and then delete that plugin folder at /wp-content/plugins/ .
