website won't load after domain mapping

My domain mapping doesn’t work. When I load my page I get the default apache load page. I have used domain helper and it says my domain is mapped correctly. When I set my primary domain to nh-milw.org in Domian helper it just sits there for a very long time. Need help ASAP! http://www.nh-milw.org and nh-milw.org does not load our site. Please help! It has been a month! We currently cancelled our previous website host which was forwarding all inquiries for http://www.nh-milw.org to nhmilw.wordpress.org. But now that we have mapped our domain and cancelled the previous webhost services we can no longer load anything up on http://www.nh-milw.org. There is now a default apache webpage that opens up. Help Please!

update: I was chatting with someone from wordpress and they were able to see the page nh-milw.org. And suggested I change the primary domain to nh-milw.org. I did that and it didn’t resolve the issue. I had a coworker check the site from another location earlier and she was able to see the site. But when she went back on it just now she had the same issue I had, The apache default page would show up? I don’t know what is going on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I have changed the primary domain back to the wordpress default of nhmilw.wordpress.com. At least with this setting I can view the website! Does anyone have a solution to my problem? Is there a support number I can call for help in resolving this issue! I have notice that when others go to the website they are able to get to it. But then if they try again after a period of time they get the same error page! I am very baffled and out of options.

I think I found the problem. I am going to monitor it for day or so to see if our issues are resolved. I will let you know once I am confident our issue is resolved. Thanks for the response.
