Website Won’t Load After Missing Jetpack Payment

I missed a couple of Jetpack payments after my card info changed. It appears to have affected access to my website, which will now not load (www.lucyrickettsillustration.com).

It’s definitely an issue on this end, as everything with my domain and hosting services is operating normally. I realize that this is a WordPress.ORG issue but when I try to login there, it has no record of either of my email addresses, so I’m not sure how to access that resource. WordPress.COM shows a history of my Jetpack subscription paid through January but gives no option for how to make back payments and claims to have no record of my website, which it is clearly referencing in those receipts.

I cannot figure out how to access that Jetpack account and can therefore not update my payment info, making their direct support services unavailable to me.

I realize that this is a confusing mess and I appreciate any and all support that can be provided, as my business is all conducted through my website. Thanks for any help!

  • Jetpack just adds features to your site, it is not a hosting provider and cannot control whether your site is online or not.

Your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted with AWS, which we can’t help with here.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

It’s also possible you may have not renewed your hosting with AWS, so I recommend checking that too.

Once the site is back online, if you’d like, you can purchase a new Jetpack plan for it at https://cloud.jetpack.com/pricing
    With that said,
