Website won’t load in any browser! Help!

My WordPress.com website will not load with any browser. I have no idea what the problem is. This site has existed for years with no problems whatsoever and our plan is the free one. The site was working fine a month ago when I last checked.

https://campusvertstrasbourg.wordpress.com/ is up and running but has never been launched.
https://www.campusvertstrasbourg.org/ is registered by Gandi – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://www.campusvertstrasbourg.org – and seems to be hosted by France Telecom Orange.
For me that site is up and running, however you can’t log in through wordpress.com. You must log in at https://www.campusvertstrasbourg.org/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that ssite.
