website works in firefox, not in chrome or ie

  The website loads perfectly in firefox, but in chrome and IE has a broken image and blank space before the actual page loads. Can you help?

  The website I am having trouble with is facug.org. It loads in firefox, but doesn’t load correctly in chrome or ie.
