website wp-admin password

  hello i have recently installed wordpress through my hosting hostinger however when trying to login into stormdezignz.com/wp-admin using my user name i cant i tried resetting password and even contacted the hosting but they were unhelpful (please see chat with them)

  Note i don’t know how to code or use ftp so i have no idea how to do any of the ones they suggested. But my main concern is why the link hasnt been sent to email for password reset. PLEASE HELP SO I CAN USE MY WEBSITE.

  Sorry… but you have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not on WordPress.ORG.
