Website Zooming in for No Reason

    So I have been having this issue since I created the site and can not figure out how to fix it. It’s zooming in for no reason and showing the black bars that you would see on the mobile version on all versions. Does anyone know how I can fix the BS issue? Any help would be recommended. Thanks,
