Website/Account Hacked

  My wordpress website has been hacked and I am not sure how I can rectify the situation. The site is hosted on an external server but when I try to access the admin page through www.(websitename)/wp-admin, the original name and password no longer works.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Okay, the website above is wrong. It was automatically selected by wordpress. It should be http://www.thewritespark.com.sg.

  Sorry but you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
