It looks like your above site http://sitreu.wordpress.com/ hasn’t been launched yet.
I’m seeing a static page that says “Carolyn,s Blog – Something awesome is coming.”
Have you confirmed and verified your email address as a part of setting up your site? If you didn’t receive the verification email, please check your spam folder and any special inboxes or filters you might have activated.
If you have already verified your email address, try launching your site from My Sites > Settings > General > Privacy
If that still doesn’t work, please reply here and let us know.
Were you needing help upgrading your site to Premium? If so, you should be able to do that from your dashboard. Try going to this link and you should see the option to Upgrade to Premium from there: https://wordpress.com/plans/sitreu.wordpress.com

I noticed your WordPress.com account hasn’t been activated yet.
It looks like we are having trouble sending emails to the address on your Account Settings page — can you check to see if the one you added has any typos? If it has, you should be able to add the correct email address from there.
If there are no typos and the email address was copied and pasted onto that page, it may be worth manually typing it in, in case any spaces were copied over.
Let me know how you get on.
