Hi,
I see you have had a couple different sites with paid plans on WordPress.com. Can you tell us which ones specifically you are trying to get working again?

Hi there,
Thanks for clarifying. According to our records, you last renewed the WordPress.com Business Plan Plan (monthly) on February 10 2022. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
However, I do not see that the upgrades on your 3 sites were renewed again in March, so your Business plan on all sites expired after that time. When the plan expires, all Business features on your sites (including custom domain connection) are removed, which is why your sites no longer appear at those addresses.
In the time since your upgrades have expired we have modified our offerings, so the Business plan is no longer available, but the good news is that you can purchase our Pro Plan, which as the same features, and this would allow you to reconnect your domains, and restore any lost content from your previous backups.
More info about the WordPress.com Pro Plan here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Hello!
Thank you for the information, I still need help getting this done
Do you have a contact number for someone to walk me through? -
-
We do not have telephone support. We only have support in the public support forums for WordPress.com accounts that don’t have the Pro upgrade and live chat and email for Pro upgraded sites.
So it’s pricing me at $180, I need a monthly plan
That is correct. We no longer offer a monthly payment option when we changed our plan offerings just over a month ago, so you would need to choose yearly.
If you can clarify what you’re still having trouble with, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thanks!
