Websites are down and I'm locked out

  Both of my personal websites are broken and I can’t reset the password to get them live again. There appears to be a bug on both of the pages that has locked me out permanently.

  You failed to provide actual URLs and that’s an issue for us as 30% of those who post here to wordpress.COM support ought to be posting to wordpress.ORG support http://wordpress.org/support/ instead.

  Type the actual URLs into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site please so you know where to post for support.

  This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
