Website's layout is messing up, what's wrong with it?

  Hi. I realise the homepage’s table is messed up – I’m working to fix that myself – but my question is why all of the menus are like that? I fix the menus to my liking in the dashboard, but then it just makes every single page a menu? Help? Thanks.
