websites linked

Hi, I’ve got another website linked on my account (one I built for a client) and I don’t want it on my account – how do I remove it?
Correct account: Unknown
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

Hi there, we can remove it for you. :)
Would you please confirm the domain name of the site you want to be removed?
-
Great thank you,
Before doing so can you confirm that nothing will happen to the site and it will remain live and active with no errors? It is a client website so I don’t want it to go down.Best Wishes,
Nikita

Yes, the site will remain live, but unless they have a different account connected to Jetpack (there’s no limit to how many accounts can be connected to one site), it will lose Jetpack functionality until they reconnect.

Ok thank you.
The site I’d like to disconnect and be removed from the account is https://petalsandposies.com
Thanks

Hi –
I don’t see any Jetpack connections enabled for petalandposiesflorist.com. Are you still seeing this on your end?

Thanks for clarifying. I’ve removed you from this site.
NOTE: the site’s Jetpack connection is broken and if they use any Jetpack features that require a connection (Stats, WooCommerce Analytics, Jetpack Protect), they won’t work as long as there’s no connection to a WordPress.com account.
You will need to contact your client and advise them to connect Jetpack to continue using that plugin’s services and any other services WooCommerce requires (Payments, etc.) a Jetpack connection to function.
Let us know if you have any questions.
