Website’s not showing from wordpress.com
-
Hi,
We’re facing a problem with the dashboard of our website. We can access to our admin page from any of the website pages, but when trying to enter it from wordpress.com, it says that there is no website.
Could you help us to figure out what’s wrong?
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is the site hosted at WordPress.com? Are you logged into the correct account? What is the full URL of the site in question.
-
Yes, ad yes, we are logged in correctly, the website is https://agencycloud9.com/
When loging in with wp admin, we can see the dashboard, but when trying to enter the website from wordpress.com, it says “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.”What could’ve gone wrong? Iw was working perfectly yesterday.

Nothing has gone wrong. You are logged into the host WordPress.com but your site isn’t here. It appears to be over there at Domain.com and you can log in to it at https://agencycloud9.com/wp-login.php

Howdy –
Our team is taking a closer look at this situation. We will report back once we have more details to share. Hang tight. Thank you!

Hey there,
Thanks for your patience here while we’ve reviewed your site! Your site’s connection to Jetpack was broken about 1 day ago, and this is why you and the other site administrators weren’t able to access the normal WordPress.com dashboard.
We’ve corrected the site’s connection to Jetpack, so there’s one last step to take for each administrator on the site. The next time you log in to WordPress.com, please then navigate to https://agencycloud9.com/wp-admin/ , and each user will be prompted there to reconnect their account to Jetpack by clicking a green Log In button – the rest should happen automatically, and then your connection to your WordPress.com dashboard will be restored!
For a little more information on what happened here – Jetpack is a must-use plugin here at WordPress.com, as it supports a number of the features that come with your paid plan, including your automatic daily backups, statistics, site performance features like site accelerator and lazy loading images, and more! Here’s a great summary of what Jetpack adds to your site, to get a broader picture: https://wordpress.com/support/jetpack/
It’s typically not possible to manually deactivate or disconnect Jetpack, so this likely stemmed from the activation of a conflicting plugin. I’d recommend reviewing any actions taken just before the problems on the site began, and double checking your plugins to make sure that you’re not using any that instruct you to remove or disconnect Jetpack.
Jetpack is the ultimate WordPress plugin for top-notch security features, easy backups, and performance optimizations to make your site run smoothly. Plus, it also provides anti-spam protection, downtime monitoring, and growth tools to help your site flourish. You can learn more about the full list of features included in Jetpack on WordPress.com below. Are you using self-hosted WordPress? JetpI hope this helps! Let us know if you have any follow up questions we can answer.
