Websites not working

Add topic to favorites
I have two websites on WordPress that are both not working. Here is the message I get. The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

The websites are http://www.asianantique.biz and catalogsmailbox.com

Both of the URLs you posted produce these same error messages > This URL is not valid and cannot be loaded. This forum is only gor blogger who have free blogs from wordpress.COM which are being free hosted by wordpress.COM. We run on different software at wordpress.COM so if you have a free software install from wordpresss.ORG then you are posting to the wrong forum. If you do have wordpress.ORG installs then you must post to this forum > http://wordpress.ORG/support when you need support for them.

Well here’s the thing. The two URLs you provided are not valid URLs. Click them below and you will see what I mean.
http://catalogsmailbox.com
http://www.asianantique.biz

Until we have valid URL’s that do load we click them cannot identify the web host and neither can the support volunteers at the wordpress.ORG forums.

I have had these two domains for years. They were working just a few days ago. What could have changed ?

I just found that the only page not working is the homepage. The others seem to be okay. What causes that ?

We can’t help without valid URL’s: without them, we can only guess, and we GUESS that your websites are not hosted at WordPress.com but through some other company which you pay.

If your websites are not hosted through WordPress.COM, then you by definition have to seek help at WordPress.ORG instead. Sorry you’ve been given the runaround, but all WP.COM blogs have whatever.wordpress.com addresses in addition to any custom domains they have. We can’t help you: our software is different.

Those two websites are hosted on Hostgator. My nameservers are NS549.HOSTGATOR.COM and NS550.HOSTGATOR.COM.

The websites are http://www.asianantique.biz and http://www.catalogsmailbox.com.

Those two websites are hosted on Hostgator.

This wordpress.COM forum is only for those who have free blog from wordpress.COM that are being free hosted by wordpress.COM. We cannot help you here.

All those who have blogs hosted by anyone other than wordpress.COM must post to http://wordpress.ORG/support to get support for their blogs.
