  Hi I purchased the Starter plan and domain to create a wedding website for my sister.
  I’ve seen many good reviews about wordpress but I can’t seem to get the Astra theme on my plan?
  All the reviews online stated this could be done for free yet the versions I see keep asking for an upgrade.
  What’s going on here please – can you help
