I registered my domain name through wordpress but decided to design and publish my website through Weebly. How do I direct my domain correctly to display my Weebly design? Thank you!

The first link did help, except for I am running in to the issue that when I hover over the A thing for my root name no little pencil shows up so I’m not able to edit it. I was able to ad the “www” pointing to the right IP but not the original….
