weed posts?

    I’m a marijuana enthusiast. Im in Maryland where it’s decriminalized. Can I smoke in my videos? Also, at some point, I want to start designing n selling my own sexy weed merchandise? Should I know anything about that as far as legality?

    Posting a video of yourself smoking is not against our terms of service.

    We do not allow the sale of hemp or cannabis products, or their derivatives on WordPress.com. Selling items that just feature a picture of a cannabis leaf as part of the design, or similar, is fine.
