  Can I change option of Archive? Now my blog shows monthly archive. Can I change it to weekly archive?

  I don’t think you can do this, it is an automated function which is generic across WP.

  Checkout the FAQs and use the search funtion on the forums to find answers – http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/can-i-change-colours-and-pictures-on-my-blog/
  Alternatively, you could pruchase the CSS upgrade and play with colours there.

  You can change the archive to weekly with the downloadable version of WordPress from wordpress.org but not with the MultiUser version that we run here.

  I want to archive each post in it’s own page. Would I need to get the downloadable version of WordPress from wordpress.org? Would I need to get a commercial blog host to publish my blog?

  Already is. Try clicking on the title of each post. For reference, it’s called a permalink.

  By the way, where’s your blog here at wp.com?
