  RE: Weekly Photo Challenge

  This is directed to the support staff who oversee the “Weekly Photo Challenge.”

  My request…

  <> If this is a “challenge” require folks to submit a *current* photo taken the week/day of the theme announce. Not, something taken weeks, months, or last year. Otherwise, where is the challenge?

  <> It would be helpful to require people to submit just one photo pertaining to the challenge theme!

  <> Finally, limit folks to just one submission and not: “Oh, here is another take on the theme…”

  To make the weekly photo challenge, a real challenge, please consider these’recommendations.

  My challenge is posting this and hoping for a response; plus, some necessary changes to improve the quality of the weekly photo challenge.

  I disagree. Not every blogger has the time to go out and shoot new photos every Friday, which is when many of us try to post. If we can, great. Otherwise we’re just trying to match the category, and therein lies the challenge. How does each individual person interpret the theme, “regret”, or “indulge”. It’s intriguing to see how each person rises to that challenge.

  So it’s not necessarily only a photography challenge, it’s an interpretation one as well.
