Weekly Stats Not Appearing Properly

Over the last week, my weekly stats are not displaying properly. There seems to be a delay in them appearing and I’m not certain why. What can be done to rectify this?

My stats on WordPress seem to have gone haywire. I am being given incorrect info and being told that there is no current activity ( when my blog stats themselves show visitors ). There is no longer any country breakdown, Why is this happening?

That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. It’s a WordPress.ORG install. As that site is not hosted here by WordPress.COM, our support docs do not relate to it, and we cannot provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum. You are referring to a WordPress>ORG site.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Jetpack is a plugin for WordPress.ORG software installs to provide parity with blogs hosted by wordpress.COM. Some JetPack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/

I have looked into your account and it dosen’t appear you are using the Jetpack plugin. We are only able to support Stats on self-hosted sites which just the Stats Module of Jetpack. If you need help with a Jetpack connected site please provide the site URL or submit a support request to:

It also would be better if you start a new thread of your own and tag it “modlook” (without the quotes) for staff attention. This will prevent your question from getting mixed up with Vinnieh’s original question.
