weight based shipping not working

  Hi, I’m trying to make my weight based shipping work, but its not. I enable it and click save, but then it just reverts back to whatever it was originally. Please help, this is for another one of my wordpress sites that is all about shipping out goods. Thanks

  What’s the website address? Is it a WordPress.com site, or self-hosted WordPress.org site?

  It’s currently a self hosted WordPress site, I’m probably going to be changing that soon. It’s not the account I’m currently signed into, it’s another one where specialty soaps are sold
