Weird characters

  Hi! Since migrating my website to a namecheap hosting a series of old posts got these weird characters: https://bloggeronpole.com/2021/01/5-twerk-tips-for-beginners-by-vertical-joes/. I tried changing them through coding but it hasn’t worked. Can you help?
