Weird ghosting on home page

  I started creating a website yesterday. Everything worked fine and then suddenly when I would scroll down on the home page I get this weird ghost image of the site name and the “read more” box.
  This only happens on my laptop (not on my pc) and it only happens on Chrome. Edge and firefox work just fine.
  I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies, disabling browser add ons and extensions, restarting chrome, and my laptop.
  Any ideas what could be causing this?
