Weird HEX-characters showing up

  My blog (http://www.scootmobielinfo.nl/) got these weird HEX-characters before the header and after the footer.
  This issue is not theme related. As I tried different themes and these codes (1fb5, 1f66, 10 0, 1fd1, etc.) keep messing up my blog.
  Anybody got an idea?
