weird links

  Below is one of two weird links that my stats pages says “today visitors clicked on.” I tested all the links on my new post and they work fine, so what are the two weird ones that don’t work? TIA

  I have the same problem. Started last Thursday. Today those links appeared again twice. Paul from support had no idea where it came from.

  theo48 – thanks for your input. In that case I’ll let support know that I’m having the same weirdness, in case it helps.

  This is what Paul said: “I do see the clicks you describe in your statistics. It’s possible someone visited your main page at http://theo48.wordpress.com/, clicked on the Log in link at the bottom right of your menu, then made an error in entering the URL of a site they wanted to visit. I don’t have any other information about these clicks, unfortunately.”
  Actually, I don’t really get it what Paul’s up to …

  I see the same thing in the Clicks section of the Stats on both my primary WP.com blogs. Odd that bit.

  Several people have reported this kind of weirdness over the past several days. I recommend talking to staff; I’ve a sense that it’s a side-effect of some recent tinkering of theirs.
