Weird message from Facebook
-
A friend alerted me today about a strange occurrence which is happening when she clicks on a blog link on my Facebook page to be redirected to a blog I’ve posted. The message comes up with ‘Dangerous site’ and ‘There are problems with the security certificate of this site’.
I am not sure why this is occurring and whether it’s the FB connection or a hidden code in the wordpress site.
Any ideas what’s going on?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
What is the link your friend is clicking on? I can take a closer look at that to see what’s going on.

I had the same things with mine, I think it’s case of my site name http://torrentthis.tv

The FB link was generated from WordPress and then shared to FB. It was my latest blog post.

Hi there,
That’s the correct link for that blog post, and there aren’t any problems on your site. (So you don’t need to worry about any dangerous code on your site itself.) I also tried sharing that link on Facebook and then clicking on the link there, and I didn’t get any warnings or error messages there. It’s hard for me to tell why your friend is seeing that message.
Can you or your friend make a screenshot of the message you see? That will help me understand where it’s coming from and see if I can help with it.
You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.
