weird note when I try to log in?

Hi. Every time I try to log in to my website, this shows up: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/07/8570107/html/wp-includes/class-wp-walker.php:1) in /home/content/07/8570107/html/wp-login.php on line 400
What does this mean and why is it there? How do I fix this? My website does work when you view it, but I just can’t log in. Thank you!

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
