My SKRILL account have been charged on 24.05.2016 with 26$.
May I ask what is this? I have not assigned any skill / credit card to any of WP sites.Skrill transaction data:

That’s the same amount as a domain upgrade with private registration would be.
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

That sounds like a domain registration charge however I can’t see any charges or domains attached to the account you’re writing from now. Do you have any other WordPress.com accounts?
