Weird problem with Oxygen slider

  I set up my Oxygen theme slider with several posts and it all worked fine. Now I’m trying to add a post to the slider and it won’t add.

  -I removed another post so there would be room. Currently there are 5 posts and 6 slots.

  -I set a feature image with a size of 780 x 360.

  -I marked the post ‘sticky.’

  -I read all the other help questions about slider problems. From what people said there, it sounds like I should be good to go. But this post I’m trying to add doesn’t show up.

  OK, I found the answer:

  1) For whichever pages you want in the slider, give them a properly sized featured image and mark them “sticky.”
  2) From the blog’s main page, go to the dropdown on the upper left. Choose the second entry, “Edit.”
  3) This will take you to the page called “Home.”
  4) Without changing anything on the page, click “Update.”

  This got my new pages into the slider. Good luck!
