weird quarks when using on my mac

  So I’ve been having some issues…hopefully someone can help.

  1. when I try to insert a link by clicking the “link” icon my screen grays out and doesn’t allow my to do anything.

  2. I’ve been trying to copy and past text into the text box but when I try to change the color of the font it defaults back to “black” when I save it.

  any ideas??

  sorry, i mean i’m running the latest safari. in fact, I installed the beta of their most recent version. maybe that’s the problem.

  The top paragraph has a color assigned to it in a span tag. The size looks different due to the color. Also, one other thing to remember is that the them you are using displays a different font size for the most recent post. It is the way it was designed by the theme author.

  Open the post for edit, go to the HTML tab and remove
  <span style="color: rgb(192, 192, 192);">
  from the front of the paragraph and then remove
  </span>
  from the end of the paragraph.

  As far as the links issue goes, I use 10.5.6 and the latest Safari 3 and do not have any issues inserting links. Select the text you wish to use as the hyperlink, then click the link button, then enter the link into the “Link URL” field then click on the “insert” button.
