Weird RSS/Feed issues

  I was trying to get my RSS to update every 4 hours instead of once a day, and I changed that in the settings. The moment I did, it changed the feed to the XML script that I cannot seem to get to fix.

  This started with me changing the name of a blog I had posted earlier. The old title was still in the feed because had the settings set for only once a day. I was wanting it to look for updates and change the title in the RSS feed accordingly. Instead I got this.

  1) How do I get the feed back?
  2) How do I get the RSS to update if I have to change the title of a blog again?

  Oh FYI, this happens whether I use a shortcut on my browser, type it, or try to go into feed directly from the blog’s widget.
