weird smile icon in blog page…?

  hi all i need help..why in my blog page have a smile icon…..it’s appears in my side blog page…when i try to see the source it’s seem like this src=”http://stats.wordpress.com/g.gif?host=imorv.wordpress.com&
  can u help me please…..

  It won’t do any harm, its just a GIF from WordPress, as far as I know all WP blogs have them.
